Customers may notice lower water pressure and a slight discoloration of water as flushing is performed in your area. This discoloration is not harmful and will clear up if you let the water run a few extra minutes. This operation maintains the overall excellent water quality in our distribution system and ensures that each fire hydrant operates properly. As the weather warms and we near Marlboro’s Memorial Day Parade honoring the service and sacrifice of our Military Veterans, residents are asked to inspect their American Flags for wear, fading or damage.  If a Flag is unused or should be retired, it may be brought to the American Flag disposal bin located in the lobby of Marlboro’s Town Hall. The bin was built and donated by Marlboro resident and US Navy Veteran, William Waple and Boy Scout Troop 86 collects the American Flags and arranges the ceremony to properly honor the flags.  The bin is accessible during normal business hours. Monmouth County Board of Elections is seeking poll workers.  See FLYER for details.

Dear Marlboro Resident:
We are very lucky to have two First Aid Squads that provide free emergency services for our Town. The Marlboro and Morganville First Aid & Rescue Squads are made up entirely of volunteers that are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we hope we never need their services, they provide a critical resource when we do. Their flyer with donation instructions is attached. I hope that you will answer their call and make a tax deductible donation to the First Aid & Rescue Squad that serves your home.
Mayor Jon Hornik
