Dear Resident,

As I mentioned yesterday, Marlboro Township, in cooperation with FulFill, is accepting food donations in two locations. More of our neighbors are experiencing food insecurity yet the supplies are lower. Contactless collection bins for non-perishable foods are located in the outer vestibules of Town Hall 24/7 and the Recreation Center Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. We ask that you not make a special trip to the grocery store, but take items you can spare from your pantry or add additional items to your cart when doing necessary grocery shopping for your family. Items most in need can be found on the flyer HERE. For additional ways to help, please visit Fulfill’s website https://fulfillnj.org/. As always, thank you for your generosity and support.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 6 at 6:00pm I will be doing a Facebook live video to share the stories of Passover and Easter. We have always honored our diversity and our sense of community and so we will hold a virtual holiday celebration. This video will be child and family friendly and, if you have access to Facebook, please join me tomorrow at 6pm. Our Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/marlborotownship/

To ensure that people who wish to observe are able to do so, I have reached out to our religious leaders in Marlboro and asked that they share their on line virtual services with us. Tomorrow you will receive an email with the list and, we will, of course, update it as needed. We are grateful to them for their partnership and leadership.

I hope you are able to join me tomorrow at 6pm. Be well.

Yours in community,
Mayor Jon Hornik
