Winter Storm Quinn Update #6
March 9, 2018
1:00 pm

Dear Resident,

We continue to be in frequent contact with JCP&L. This morning, Marlboro had 568 homes without power, now reduced to 480. The power outages are scattered throughout the Township with 46 separate repair sites. At this time they are estimating that all customers in central jersey will have power restored by Sunday at 11pm at the LATEST. It is important to note that JCP&L is currently working in Marlboro, and will continue to do so, to restore customers as quickly as possible.

JCP&L is aware that estimated restoration times are very important. They are updating their website as they are able to give more concrete restoration times. Outage information and updates can be found on line at JCP&L Outage Maps or you can download their free JCP&L app. JCP&L has added 500 more workers bringing the total storm workforce to more than 5,000 in the state.

If you need medical assistance or have an emergency, please call the police at 911. Do not to call the Police for power outage updates. It is imperative that their lines stay open for emergency calls.

We will continue to be in contact with JCP&L until all power is restored in Marlboro. Please check on your neighbors, especially those who are elderly or may be in need of assistance.
