Marlboro Farmers Market – Meet the Vendors
Open Sunday, June 27 from 9am – 2pm

Dear Resident,

The Marlboro Farmers Market (MFM) opened earlier this month and it was wonderful to see neighbors and friends enjoying the market.  Our vendors are small businesses that source or make their products locally.  Please meet the vendors scheduled for this Sunday.

Bakers Bounty – Bread and baked goods made the old fashioned way, this New Jersey bakery helped establish NYC Greenmarkets and NJ Farmers Markets 40 years ago. Their cases are filled with breads, pies, crumb cake, cookies, brownies, focaccia, and more. Grab a scone or muffin to go with Bean Muggin icy cold brew and breakfast is served.

Bark & Bites – Your furry family members deserve the best.  Their mission is to provide the best healthy treats made from all-natural locally sourced ingredients. Bark & Bites teams up with local shelters to help dogs in need and your purchases help to support that mission.

Bean Muggin Coffee – Unique blends inspired by the Jersey Shore and coastal regions around the world.  K-cups, ground and beans are available.  New to the market this week, they will be pouring delicious, icy cold brew.  What better way to stay cool!

Cherry Grove Farm –A diversified, sustainable dairy farm and creamery making farmstead cheeses from their grass-fed cows’ milk aged on the farm. Their meats are raised without hormones, antibiotics or steroids.  We have heard from reliable sources that their liverwurst is unlike any other.  The stand is small, but the flavor is big. Stop by and check them out.

Christopher Soaps – All-natural, essential oil, vegan soaps and body butter handcrafted in small batches.  The natural mosquito repellent soaps are getting rave reviews.  They are lovely gifts.

Demi Olive Oil – John’s family owns the land in Greece that produces the olives to make this fruity olive oil.  Try a sample, dipped in bread or sip it straight.

Dogwood Farms – In addition to fruits and vegetables grown on their Liberty Corner, NJ farm they offer sauces, salsas and bloody mary mix made from farm fresh ingredients.  Don’t forget to take a look in the cooler for pestos, ravioli, fresh mozzarella, eggs and more.

La Piazza Gelateria – Gelato in half-pint and pint containers with more than 10 flavors offered each week.  By popular demand, his legendary marinara and vodka sauces, tomato basil salad dressing and pasta fagioli soup are also available.  Try a gelato sample.  Choosing a favorite flavor is the hard part.

Homelands Farm – An Alpaca Farm located in Colts Neck is new to our market this year.  The softest socks, shawls and baby blankets, stuffed animals and more. Alpaca yarn is available for knitters to make their own.   Alpaca fleece is warm, hypoallergenic and won’t mat or pill.

Hometown Microgreens – Microgreens have 40% more nutrients than their adult form.  Add to their homegrown summer salads or your favorite meats, sauces and sandwiches.  Garnish a meal and look like a pro.  Also offered is Pine Coast small-batch kombucha, rich in probiotics.

Jughandle Breweries – Breweries and distilleries are new to our market and Jughandle Brewing, located in Tinton Falls is at the market the last Sunday of every month offering craft beers and hard seltzers.  Try a sample and take cans home to enjoy.

Krakus Polish Deli – Smoked sausages for your cheeseboard or the grill, mustards, pierogis and more Polish specialties.  Perfect summer meal.

Local 130 Seafood – Named for the 130 miles of the Jersey shoreline, this Asbury Park business supplies fish to many of the best local restaurants.  ‘Dayboat Fish from American Fisherman’ is their mission.  Stop by their table and check out their fresh catch.

Peck Farms – Straight from their farm in Holmdel, seasonal fruits and vegetables and potted plants for your home.  They are not to be missed.

Picklelicious –Old style pickles from their family to yours.  Varieties of pickles both whole and chips, olives, sauerkraut, marinated mushrooms, peppers, and more.  Certified kosher.

SoGood Guacamole – Fresh Guacamole made on site.  Purchase with a bag of their thick homemade corn chips and get the party started.

Not all vendors attend every market.  In future weeks, look for : A&A Dips, Alternate Ending Craft Beer, Carton Beer Brewing, From Scratch prepared food, From the Garden Honey, Happy Bellies Jars jams, and Shore Sauce hot sauces.
