RE: Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony
Monday, May 30 at 10am
Town Hall Veterans Memorial

Dear neighbors,

Please join me, Marlboro Veterans and Volunteers Committee, and local officials as we gather to honor and remember the heroic service members that have fought and died for our Country.

The wreath laying ceremony will be held on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30 at 10:00AM at the Veterans Memorial in front of Town Hall. Light refreshments will be served.

The ceremony will also honor Patrolman Lucas Derflinger as Grand Marshal. Derflinger bravely served our country as a Marine, a member of the Coast Guard, and is currently serving as Technical Sergeant with the NJ Air National Guard.  We are grateful to Officer Derflinger’s service to our nation and for his service to our community as a Marlboro Police Officer.

All ages are welcome for this solemn remembrance.  Please join us as we pay tribute to the brave men and women that made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.

Yours in Community,
Mayor Jonathan Hornik
