Weekend Update

Dear Resident,

A beautiful weekend is forecast and it looks to be a perfect day to stop by the Marlboro Farmers Market open Sundays through October from 9am - 1pm.  Shop local produce, flowers, cheese, meats, beer and spirits, bread, baked goods, gelato and more. By popular demand the perfect paring of Caldino’s pasta topped with ‘Butter Me Up’ butters is back and can be sampled from 10-12.  Notice of weekly vendors and market updates are shared to social media @MarlboroFarmersMarket and our website HERE .

EVENTS/PROGRAMS

Marlboro Economic Development Committee (EDC) will be hosting their second ‘Rise & Network’ business breakfast on Sunday, September 29.  If you own a business located in Marlboro Township and would like to attend, send an email requesting an application to This email address is being protected from spambots. Rabies Clinic – Free drive-through rabies clinic will be held on Saturday, October 26 from 10am to noon at the Marlboro Middle School on Route 520.  No appointment is needed.  If your pet is no longer with you, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. PUBLIC NOTICES

General Election Update – Vote by Mail (VBM) ballots will begin to be mailed Saturday to those who have registered to receive them.  If you have not opted in to receive a VBM ballot you may do so until October 29.  HERE. PUBLIC SAFETY

Message from the Office of Chief Pezzullo – Earlier this week, Chief Pezzullo and I sent an email regarding two unsuccessful burglary attempts (HERE).  As always, we remind you to lock your car doors, take the key fobs inside, remove garage door openers, lock your house doors/windows and set alarms.  Do not leave your keys easily visible/accessible.  If you see anything out of place or suspicious call the police at 732-536-0100.  For crimes in progress dial 911.  To read more about how we, as a community, are working together to keep our homes and families safe: https://www.marlboro-nj.gov/citizen-reporting-initiative

DVRT – Be trained to work with the Police and be part of the Domestic Violence Response Team.  Free training begins in October via zoom.  FLYER 

TOWN MEETINGS

All Town meetings are posted on the Township website ‘Upcoming Events’ Calendar linked HERE.  Agendas, where applicable, are posted to the website not less than 48 hours in advance of the meeting and are linked to the calendar event.  The following Council/Planning/Zoning meetings are upcoming. Other meetings can be found on the calendar.  From time to time, meetings are cancelled and notice is posted to the calendar event.
