Weekend Update – Happy Thanksgiving

Dear Resident,

Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule- Town Hall Municipal Offices CLOSED on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 in observance. Police are open 24/7 and can be reached at 732-536-0100.  Emergencies dial 911. 

• Recycling Zone 7 is rescheduled to Saturday, November 30.
• Recycling Zone 8 remains on Friday, November 29, as scheduled.
• Recycling Yard is open as scheduled Saturday, November 30 from 8am - 4pm.

The NJ Mobile Motor Vehicle Unit will be in the Marlboro Library Parking lot the week of December 2.  Limited appointments are available for REAL ID, Registration Renewal and more. Schedule online HERE.  Appointments are not required for surrendering license plates and Handicapped, Veterans, or Purple Heart placards. Please note that you may go to any mobile location in the county/state or at a NJ MVC. Additional appointments may open as people cancel and mobile sites are added so please check back often.   

EVENTS/PROGRAMS

Pajama Drive for Children in Foster Care – Town employees are asking for residents to join them as they hold a Pajama Drive this holiday season.  Donations of pajamas in youth and adult sizes are requested.  New with tags, please.  Donations boxes are at Town Hall and the Rec Center until December 6. We thank you for your support as we help those in need.  FLYER

Multi-Cultural Day – Sunday, December 1 from 1-5pm, please join our multicultural committee as we celebrate our diversity.  This free event at Marlboro High School will feature performances, food, crafts, displays and more.  FLYER

Winter Holiday Lighting – Save the date for our annual event on December 18 at 6pm.  Special Northpole guests, photo-ops, a winter wonderland, our legendary dessert buffet, music by the Marlboro High School musicians and more.  FLYER

TOWN MEETINGS

All Town meetings are posted on the Township website ‘Upcoming Events’ Calendar linked HERE.  Agendas, where applicable, are posted to the website not less than 48 hours in advance of the meeting and are linked to the calendar event.  The following Council/Planning/Zoning meetings are upcoming. Other meetings can be found on the calendar.  From time to time, meetings are cancelled and notice is posted to the calendar event.
