Weekend Update

Dear Resident,

Our second COVID Vaccine/Booster clinic was a huge success and we thank the Monmouth County Health Department for their partnership.  We will announce another clinic in January and, in the meantime, please see below for information on a local clinic to be held this Saturday and additional vaccine locations.

As we are in the holiday season of increased travel and gatherings, Chief Pezzullo and I would like to take this time to remind residents of steps to ensure the safety of your family, home, belongings.   Earlier this year, we received yet another safety award and were named the 6th safest small city/town in America.  That being said, no place is immune to crime.  Simple steps like locking your car doors and taking your key fob and setting your house alarm will make you a less attractive target for thieves.  If you are going on vacation, upon request, the Police will increase patrols to your neighborhood. Letters with tips and links to the Police Security Check are posted on the Town website and will be sent in this weekend’s emailed update.
